Your Child's First Online Quran Lesson: A Parent's Guide
The first lesson is a chance to understand your child's starting point and see how the teacher communicates with them. You do not need to prepare a performance. Share an honest picture of your child's reading, recitation and previous learning experience.

Before the lesson: share the useful details
Tell the academy your child's age, country, time zone and preferred teaching language. Explain whether the child recognizes Arabic letters, reads words or memorizes by listening. Mention your main goal, such as reading independently, correcting recitation or keeping a manageable memorization routine.
Prepare the space and connection
Use a quiet space and check that the teacher and child can hear each other. Place the screen where the child can see the text clearly. Confirm the meeting link and materials with the academy beforehand. For a young child, staying nearby at the start can help with sound, controls and reassurance.
During the lesson: let the teacher see the real level
Let your child answer and read without supplying every word. It is useful for the teacher to notice where help is needed. Observe whether instructions are clear, corrections are understandable and the amount of work fits the child. A short trial cannot predict long-term progress, but it can help you discuss the teaching approach.
After the lesson: ask for a clear next step
Before subscribing, agree on the starting level, lesson length, frequency and current fees. Ask how to discuss progress and what home practice is expected. At Bayyinat Academy, the free trial is an opportunity to meet the teacher and discuss a plan without a commitment to subscribe.
